These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website operated by Lakshya Tax Consultancy Services India Pvt Ltd ("Dhangro", "we", "our" or "us"). By submitting a form or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Nature of this website
This website provides information about Dhangro digital services, Retailer and Distributor onboarding, White Label platform options and our daily live training webinar. Submitting a form on this website is a request for information and contact; it does not by itself create an account, activate any service, confirm a webinar seat, or constitute a purchase or a binding commercial agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to register or submit an enquiry. Business registration, KYC verification, partner approvals and other eligibility requirements apply before any service is activated.
3. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information, including a valid mobile number that belongs to you, and to keep it updated. We may reject or discontinue onboarding if information provided is found to be false or misleading.
4. Charges and commercials
Registration on this website is a lead submission and does not confirm that services are free. Service-specific, wallet, KYC, activation, setup, licensing, subscription, domain or integration charges, if any, are communicated by the Dhangro team and, for White Label, in the official commercial proposal. No charge is payable merely for submitting a form on this website.
5. No guarantee of earnings
Earnings are not guaranteed. Any income depends on business activity, customer demand, successful transactions, partner policies and applicable commissions. Examples, demonstrations or discussions in webinars are for illustration only and are not a promise of specific results.
6. Service availability
The service catalogue may include fintech, bill payment, recharge, loan and credit card lead, insurance, taxation, travel and other supported services. Availability depends on account type, activation status, eligibility, geography and partner approvals, and may change from time to time without notice.
7. Webinars and training
Webinar timings, platform and joining links may change. Sessions may be recorded for training and quality purposes. Participants must behave respectfully and must not record, redistribute or misuse session content without permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use this website to submit spam, false registrations, automated submissions or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others, or attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation.
9. Intellectual property
All content, logos, text, images and design elements on this website belong to Lakshya Tax Consultancy Services India Pvt Ltd or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lakshya Tax Consultancy Services India Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, reliance on its content, delays in contact or onboarding, or decisions of third-party partners.
